2018 Canadian Brewing Awards

CHARLOTTETOWN (May, 2018) – The PEI Brewing Company is proud to announce that they received two awards in two separate categories at the 2018 Canadian Brewing Awards in Halifax, Nova Scotia on May 26.

Vic Park Pale Ale won bronze in the Session India Pale Ale category for a second year. The award marks three wins in a row for Vic Park, which took home gold at the 2016 awards and bronze at the 2017 awards.

Hell Street Doppelbock won bronze in the Traditional German Style category. A winter seasonal beer, Hell Street was first released in 2015 and the popular brew was re- released in the winter of 2016.

Jeff Squires, President of the PEI Brewing Company, is thrilled. “To have our beers recognized at a national level again this year is something we are very proud of. Our brew team puts their heart and soul into their work and it is an honour to have it recognized by the industry, our peers and supporters”. Vic Park is available year- round in 473ml cans and on select taps in Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Manitoba.
