Brewer’s Corner – Dry Hopping

photo-1Hops are normally added to the kettle in order to extract bitterness and flavour.

Dry hopping our IPA helps us get all of the wonderful floral and cirtus aromas of Cascade hops directly into the finished beer.

We add around 10kg of super-fresh Cascade per brew. That’s 20kg of dry hops for this fermenter!
